Skyler graduated from UNMC college of dentistry with a bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2020. She has worked at Calkins Family Dental for almost 2 1/2 years. Skyler is getting married to her fiancé Max in August of 2026. Together they have a 2 year old Schnoodle named Banks! Skyler loves the education aspect of her job as well as getting to know her patients. In her free time Skyler loves to travel, read, and spend time outside.
Wendy has been in the dental field for thirty three years and has worked with Calkins Family Dentistry since 2014. She and her husband Ed love spending time with their three adult children and their seven grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time at their lake house on the weekends boating, jetskiing and most of all relaxing. Wendy also has two best friends (dogs) named Cooper and Remi who go everywhere with them. She really enjoys working here at Calkins Family Dentistry and especially likes greeting our patients each day.
Mackenzie assists both Dr. Calkins and Dr. Aitken. Mackenzie has been a Dental Assistant for a little over 3 years and enjoys the variation in day to day work! Mackenzie is married to her husband Ryan and they have a son Clayton and a mini border collie aussiedoodle named Snoopy, whom she absolutely adores! Mackenzie enjoys yoga, the color pink, walks with her family, and cruises!
